Curtis is survived by his wife: Patty Fowler; daughter-in-law: Robbin Fowler; sister: Sandy (David) Weller; brothers: Richard "Doc" (Karen) Fowler, Phillip (Kay) Fowler, Dave (Mary Ann) Fowler, and Joe (Gail) Fowler; half-brothers: Richard (Martha) Fowler, and George (Anna) Fowler; as well as grandchildren: Curtis James Fowler, Ethan Daniel Fowler, and Aden William Fowler.
He is preceded in death by his son: James William Fowler; parents: Richard Fowler, and Virginia Ruth Harrison; and brother: Roger A. Fowler

When I was just 15 years old. Curt welcomed me into his home. He always treated me like a Daughter. He was the Father I never had. I will miss him forever and always. He lives on in my heart.
