Cynthia was a native of Munford and a member of Munford Baptist Church. Cynthia was a 1983 graduate of Munford High School. She received her Bachelors and Masters from Jacksonville State University, and Ed.S from The University of Alabama. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Samford University. Cynthia worked in the Talladega County and City Schools for 31 years. She is presently the principal at C.L. Salter Elementary School. She has served many students, parents, and teachers throughout her career. She is a beloved member of her community serving with kindness, leadership, and impeccable style.
She is survived by her husband, John Watts; daughter, Hannah Montgomery (Tyler); son, Mason Watts; grandson, Bolton Montgomery; sister, Joda Mann (Randy); and brother, Dana Bolton (Tirissa).
Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Louise Bolton, and brother, Selwyn Bolton.
Pallbearers will be Tony Bolton, Randy Mann, Kennedy House, Brad Stone, Chuck Miller, and Bill Browning.

Joda and Dana my heart is breaking with you. I will always consider you as cousins and dearly loved your mom and dad so very much.
