Dakotah Justyce Green, 20, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 12, 2025, in Wichita, KS. He was born in Medford, OR on August 24, 2004, to Gary and Debra Green and passed away just three months before his 21st birthday.
He spent most of his life growing up in the Hutchinson and Sterling area. Dakotah loved playing football, hanging out with family, joining whatever game or wrestling match was happening in the front yard and creating laughter wherever he went. Dakotah graduated from Nickerson High School in 2023 and started to find his way as an adult. You could always find Dakotah side by side with his best four-legged friend Bentley, who he loved endlessly.
Dakotah is proceeded in death by his uncle Jerry Inman; "Papa" Randy McElheny; grandfather, Sam Elliott and aunt Ann Elliott.
He is survived by his mother, Debbie Green; father and Bonus Mom, Gary & Robbin Green; his sweet pup and best friend, Bentley; grandparents Cathy & Don Green, Barb Henderson & Vickie McElheny all of Hutchinson; siblings, Randy Montoya (Erika) of Hutchinson, Dyserah Green (Will) of Hutchinson, Bryan Montoya (Shiann) of Nickerson, Kyera Green (Mason) of Hutchinson as well as tons of nieces, nephews, family and friends who love him and will miss him greatly.
Please pray for our family as we all grieve his loss together and try to find comfort knowing he is at peace. We all love you, Koda. Hutchinson Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
