Daniel "Danny" J. Farrell, age 38, of Bridgewater, passed away on Tuesday, December 20th, at his home in Bridgewater by his wife's side. He was the devoted husband of Krystyna N. Farrell. Loving father of Olivia "Livy" and Ava Farrell. Son of Joseph Farrell and the late Linda "Deeda" Farrell. Brother of Ryan Farrell, Timmy Farrell and Kelly Farrell. Uncle of Keilen McDonald and Savannah Gordon-Umbro. He is also survived by his mother and father in-law Karen and Nat Umbro.
Danny was born in Boston on June 22, 1984. He was raised in Westwood and went on to enlist in the United States Army. He became an Army Ranger and later re-enlisted in the Army National Guard, achieving the rank of Sergeant and Team Leader while deployed in Afghanistan with the 1st Battalion, 182nd Infantry Regimen. Following his discharge from the military he had two beautiful daughters and started an HVAC business, Farrell Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. Danny met Krystyna in late 2017 and the two married in August 2019. Together they devoted their time to building a thriving business and making memories with his daughters and family. Even though Danny spent most of his waking hours working, nothing came second to his family and especially his two little girls.
A visitation will be held at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (North) Plymouth (in front of Cordage Park), on Friday, December 30th, from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm, followed by a service in the funeral home at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 2:00 pm. Donations in Danny's memory may be made to Camp Hope https://ptsdusa.org

Danny was always kind to me when I first moved to Westwood. He always made me laugh and kept things light. I´m so sorry to Mr. Farrell, Kelly, Ryan and Timmy; as well as Danny´s wife and two beautiful daughters. Sending light and love during this sad time. I hope you all can find peace.
