Dr. Daniel Fasciano, Jr., 72, of Manchester, KY, passed away Sunday, April 27th, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
Daniel was born in Malden, MA on November 11th, 1952, a son of the late Florence and Daniel Fasciano, Sr.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Deborah Barnes Fasciano of Manchester.
He is also survived by his step children: Jessica Harrington, Jennika Harrington, Justin Harrington and wife Marissa, all of Saint Petersburg, FL, and Joshua Gendreau of Fortwhite, FL; by his step-grandchild, Caden Cameron of Saint Petersburg, FL; by his brother, Donnie Fasciano of Knoxville, TN; by two nieces: Ashley Fasciano of Knoxville, TN, and Christina Lewis and husband Austin of Williamsburg, KY; by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Alice Barnes of Pinellas Park, FL; by his sister-in-laws, Cyndi and husband Wes Carson and Angie and husband Mike Schaefer; by his 2 distant children; and by his distant grandchild.
Daniel also leaves behind a host of friends.
The family of Dr. Daniel Fasciano, Jr. would like to give a special thank you, to all of the staff at Bluegrass Care Navigators for being so compassionate, loving, and caring.
A Memorial Service for Dr. Daniel Fasciano, Jr. will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 2nd at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Billy Hurd officiating.
