Obituary of Daniel Bo Fields
Daniel Bo Fields, 35, of Weber City, VA, died Sunday, January 1, 2023.
He was born in Kingsport, TN on November 2, 1987, a son of the late David Fields and Wilma (Lyons) Fields.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Teddy "Doug" Pendleton; uncle, William Eugene Lyons; aunt, Ann Jones and nephew, James Fields.
Daniel was a graduate of Gate City High School and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his daughter, Kaylee Fields; sisters, Tina (Dennis) Coleman, Cyndi (George) Bourne, and Brenda Fields; brothers, Eric (Jersey) Simpson, Scott (Pam) Fields, Michael Fields, Anthony Henry Fields and Greg (Mary Alice) Fields; special friend and mentor, Teddy Pendleton; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, January 6, 2023 at Scott County Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Fields officiating. Music will be provided by Anthony and Melissa Henry.
The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral and also anytime at the residence of his sister, Tina Coleman, 285 Warm Springs Rd, Weber City, VA.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Holston View Cemetery. Family and friends planning to attend are asked to assemble at 1:50 pm at the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help offset expenses.
Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA is in charge of the arrangements.
