Memorial services for Daniel Vallejo, 52, of Denison will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the Alpha and Omega Community Baptist Church, 401 E. Sears St. Denison. Military honors will be conducted by the Ft. Hood Honor Guard.
Daniel was born on August 8, 1958 in San Angeles, CA to Richard Anthony and Matilda Leon Vallejo. He attended school in San Vernado, CA. and graduated from Grayson County Community College. Mr. Vallejo married RhyDonna Blackmon on June 1, 1993 in Grayson County. He was an EMT in the Grayson County area and was a member of Alpha & Omega Community Baptist Church of Denison. He was also an Army Ranger Paratrooper.
He is survived by his wife, RhyDonna Vallejo of Denison; sons, Daniel Vallejo of Missouri, Christopher Adcock of Georgia, and Casey Thompson of Denison; daughter, Angel McPhail of Edmond, OK.; brothers Tony Vallejo and Michael Vallejo, both of California; grandchildren, Malaci Vallejo, Kadden Vallejo, and T.K. Vallejo. He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandmother, Vera who raised him.
