Daniel Wiener Obituary

Dan was a beloved and devoted father, son, brother and friend. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He was a union foreman for 20 years with Plumbers Local 14 and most recently ran his own business Brookes Mechanical. He was also a member and grounds keeper of Mount Tabor Country Club. He was very involved in the American Legion Post 390 and served as Senior Vice Commander. He used his culinary skills to help run Friday night dinners at the Post and ran the annual Turkey trot.
Daniel is survived by his beloved daughter, Brooke Elizabeth and her mother Nicole Lewis or Lake Hopatcong; his Mother Roberta Wiener of Flanders; Sibling Emily Becker of Succasunna; and Sister Abigail Shapiro of Cleveland OH. Daniel was predeceased by his father, Arthur Wiener in December 2022.
A memorial celebration of Daniel's life will be held Saturday February 11, 2023 at 11:30 AM in the American Legion Post 390 #9 Legion Place Denville, NJ 07834. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Go Fund Me "A future for Brooke." Arrangements and online condolences through the Smith-Taylor-Ruggiero Funeral Home One Baker Ave. (Rt. 46) Dover, NJ 07801. Online condolences through www.smith-taylor-ruggeriofuneralhome.com.
