Linda Ann Masino, age 77, of Netcong, New Jersey, died on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at her home in Netcong, New Jersey with her loving family by her side.
Linda was born in Dover, New Jersey to the late Joseph and Ethel Rastiello, and she was raised in Landing, NJ. Linda graduated from Roxbury High School in 1966 and soon after, she started her 30 year career working for Tetley Tea. Linda married the love of her life, Joseph Masino in 1971 and the pair had a beautiful 31 year marriage.
Linda had a passion for gardening, her home was always framed by the most beautiful flowers which she lovingly tended to. Her second passion though, was shopping. Linda was known within her family for purchases of every kind, and they happened often. Friend and family gatherings were always hosted by Linda, she had perfected her job as the ultimate hostess.
Linda will be remembered as a feisty, spitfire woman with an incredibly strong spirit and endless love for her family.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Masino; and two children, Deanna Masino and Joseph Masino.
She is survived by two cherished grandchildren, Richard Masino and Heather Marie Masino; and four great-grandchildren: Aidan Goldberg, Lorenzo Fornarucci, Deanna Fornarucci, and Carmella Masino.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 31 from 8:30-9:30 AM at Morgan Funeral Home, 31 Main Street, Netcong, NJ 07857. A Funeral Service will be held immediately following visitation at 9:30 AM at Morgan Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover.
