Andrea Danielle Baker was a quiet, observant soul. Quick to assess a person and not waiver from it. She loved her babies DEEPLY. She was born at the Charleston Naval Hospital, Charleston, SC on May 28, 1985 and passed away on September 19,2022. She was a graduate of Fort Dorchester High School and Winthrop University, a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi fraternity. Shortly thereafter, she gained employment supporting/working for NIWC Atlantic. Artistic and creative, she liked to travel and experience new adventures. She was always willing to selflessly volunteer her time and resources to those in need. Also, she never met a cheesecake she didn't like!!!
She is survived by her husband Chakan Wallace; daughters, Sophia Hutchinson, Isabella Wallace, Tatiana Wallace; son, Noah Wallace; parents, Helen and Steve Baker, brother, Matthew (Alyssa) Baker; beloved sister, Alena James; grandmothers, Erlinda Baloy and Patricia Baker, aunt, Rosemarie (Kevin) Curley; uncle, Michael Baloy; cousins, Ashlee (Kevin) Vandermolen and Brian Curley, nephew, Aidan Baker, godmother, Paula Cumbee, and countless friends and extended family.
Danielle requested her body be donated to science. A memorial in celebration of her life will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, 28 Sep 2022 at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 869 St James Ave, Goose Creek, SC 29445
