It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Danny Ray Maldonado, a beloved husband, father, nephew, cousin, and friend. He passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 43.

He was born on March 2, 1982 at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, Texas and was raised by his grandparents, the late Hilda and Frank Maldonado.

Danny enjoyed outdoor cooking, listening to music, and spending time with his wife, Deborah, and their 2 dogs, Brutus and Mojo. He was creative, as well as a talented artist and loved entering the Annual Gas Pipe calendar contest.

He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah; his children, Danny, Jr. and Alexus; step-son, Kyle; mother, Kathy; and half-sister, Ashley.

Danny was loved by so many including his aunt, Cindy (Tom); uncle, Jerry; cousins, Jennifer (Chris), Courtney (Melanie), Brittany (Kalvin), and several other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his aunt, Frances (Buddy) Jones.

Danny will forever be remembered for his simple, unassuming nature and his profound impact on the lives he touched.

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at New Hope Funeral Home in Sunnyvale, Texas.
