Born in Long Beach, California on April 12, 1951, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, at the age of 74, surrounded by her loving family. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Skyvue Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Skyvue Funeral Home, 7220 Rendon Bloodworth Road, Mansfield, TX 76063. Burial will immediately follow.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Reese, her sons Robert Reese Jr and Ronald Reese, her sister, Glenda Marsh, and her brothers, Joe Wilson, Chuck and Skip Marsh, her mother Donna Johnson and her father, LeMoine Marsh. She is survived by her siblings, Jenniele Cox and brother Mike and Cheryl Marsh, by her children, LouAnn Koellen, Michael and Erin Gibson, Donna and Beau Winn, Christine and Charles Brannon, and Bonnie Reese. Also, her grandchildren, Levi Davis, Scott Gibson, Mimi Davis, Zach Koellen, Garrett and Chandler Davis, Kade Brannon, Tommy Winn, Knox Brannon, Luke Nault and Lakelyn Brannon, and her great grandchildren, Mila Davis, Easton and Hadleigh Davis and Colby Gibson.
Darlene will be remembered as a fiercely devoted mother to her family and friends. She was a child of Christ having dedicated herself to Jesus many times throughout her life. Her strength and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family as she now walks beside Christ in the heaven.
