Funeral service will be 12 PM Saturday, January 7, 2022, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend John Perkins will officiate.
The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
He was born June 10, 1997, in Lansing, Michigan, to Sara Page Sheppard and Donald Darnell Appling. He was an apprentice electrician working in Memphis. He had attended Harris Middle School.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two children, Jourdin Appling and Analeah Appling; brothers and sister, Christopher Melton, Tiece Appling, and Serrentity Appling; grandmothers, Ceola Appling-Bermudez and Pamela Yorks.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements.
