David Douglas "Dave" Dedek, age 55, of Willoughby, OH, passed away July 30, 2024. He was born September 24, 1968, in Painesville, OH, to Doug and Jane Dedek.

He attended Madison High School and served in the United States Navy. Dave had three children with his ex-wife, Lisa: Deanna, Nicole, and Doug. He was a fun-loving child-at-heart and well loved by the neighborhood kids. Dave will be remembered for his selflessness, being an adventure-seeker, the service to his country, the love for his mother, and his devotion to his children and grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Dave is survived by his parents, Doug and Jane; children, Deanna, Nicole (Billy), and Doug (Erica); five grandchildren, Helene, Eliana, Oliver, Nevaeh, and William, and his brother, Dan Dedek, as well as many dear friends.

Please join the family for a graveside service Tuesday, August 6, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at the Perry Township Cemetery, 3840 Middle Ridge Rd., Perry, OH 44081, where Dave will be laid to rest with Military Honors. Following the service there will be a gathering at his parent's home for anyone who loved Dave at any point of their lives.
