A funeral for David will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield. A gathering for family and friends will be from 9:00 am until the service time.
David was born on March 26, 1958, in Auburndale, Wisconsin, to Isadore and Marion (Albrecht). He graduated from Auburndale High School in 1976 and was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to his family and friends.
David enjoyed spending time with his buddies at the Last Straw Tavern in Athens, where he was owner / operator. He created many lasting friendships and countless memories there. He always enjoyed large gardens which he would preserve but also give away the additional produce. He did countless trips with his mother to interesting points in WI. His warm heart and gentle spirit will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Marion Desloover, and his siblings: Dale Desloover (Carol) of Wisconsin Rapids, Beverly Ryals (Scooter) of Riverview, FL, Michael Foster (Diane) Powhatan, VA and Debra Scholl (Jim) of Arpin, WI. David is also survived by many nieces and nephews. David's family and friends will forever cherish his memory and the love he shared with them.
David H. Desloover will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
