In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Hunter Matthews, brothers, Danny Ray Hunter, Jerry Hunter, and Michael Hunter.
He is survived by sons, Forrest Hunter (Tiffany), Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, Bennett Hunter, Florida, sister, Kathy Norton, Versailles, Kentucky, grandchildren, Forrest Hunter, Jr., Grayson Hunter, Jaxson West, and Bodie Hunter.
No services are scheduled. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and leave messages of condolence here on David's tribute wall.
