David Ingle, 74, of West Fork, peacefully went to see Jesus on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. He was born October 21, 1949, in Mossville, Arkansas, to Raymond Ingle and Lola Bell Watson Porter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lola Bell Porter, and one grandson, Arland Alexander.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Jane Ingle, of the home; two brothers, Ted Porter and Dale Ingle; two sisters, Cheryl Kiefer and Patsy Ingle; two sons, David Ingle and Bobby Ingle; four granddaughters, Madelyn Sloan, Kelsie Alexander, Sara Ingle, and Claire Ingle; three grandsons, Charles Ingle, Dawson Ingle, and Joshua Sloan; and five great-grandkids.
Big Dave was honest, intelligent, hard-working, straightforward, loving, and caring. He was a gifted carpenter, handyman, and farmer. He also volunteered as Santa Claus for 17 years.
His family will remember him as a loving husband for 54 years, a wonderful father for 53 years, a caring grandfather for 34 years, and the best great-grandfather for 13 years. He was a wonderful brother, an amazing son, and a best friend to many people. Big Dave was the definition of humility, loyalty, determination, and strength. If you ever met him, you would always remember him.
A visitation will be on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4-6pm at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
