LAZENBY
David L. Lazenby, 89, of London died Friday, February 11, 2022, in London.
Born January 9, 1933, in Columbus, he was a son of Albert M. and Edna E. (Soliday) Lazenby. A US Navy veteran of the Korean War, Dave had been an engineer with Ohio Bell Telephone for 32 years. A member of St. John's Lutheran Church, he had been a volunteer for the HELP House and Food Through Faith in London. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge, belonging to Humboldt, Okeechobee and Chandler Lodges.
Survivors include his children Jeffery (Jeannie) Lazenby and Sandra (Terry) Green; grandchildren Robert McKeeman, Zachary (Michelle) Green, Aaron (Elena) Lazenby and Eric Lazenby; great-grandchildren Kelley, Teagan, Liam, Nora, Hudson, Ava, Liah and Ava; brother Paul (Jackie) Lazenby, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Geraldine "Gerry" Lazenby, son David and brother Ralph.
Funeral services will be held at 3 PM, Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church, 380 Keny Blvd., London, Ohio 43140, with Pastor Blair Miller officiating. Friends may call at the church from 1-3 PM Wednesday. FACE MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE OBSERVED.
Memorials in Dave's name be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
