David A. Lebo went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Born on April 18, 1952 to Alvin and Helen Lebo in Lebanon, PA, he went on to graduate from Twin Cities University in Theology. He was an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. His love of Christ was exemplified through his pastoral work; he was a member of the ministerial staff in Wooster, OH, El Monte, CA, Covina, CA, and Lexington, OH. Dave was the former pastor at the Greater Life Church in Wooster, as well as the Administrator of Greater Life Academy and was a board member and active member of Grace Point Lex. He truly enjoyed studying genealogy and researching his family’s tree. He could spend all day in any history museum or battlefield soaking up the information. He enjoyed traveling and was excited to celebrate visiting all 50 states.
David is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Robert.
He leaves a loving family behind, including his wife Juanita, sons Jonathan (Jessica) Lebo of West Salem, Daniel (Michele) Lebo of Wooster, grandchildren Lucas, Stella, Matthew and Nicholas, and his brothers and sisters Linda Edris, Susan Rutherford, James Lebo, Cathy Person, Larry Lebo, and Tomas Lebo, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Saturday from 2 to 3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/David-Lebo) with Pastor Mark Meyer Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
