David Malcolm Obituary

David Lynn, son of the late Leon Harold and Delores Jean (Kennedy) Malcolm, was born May 20, 1957, at Wichita, Kansas, and passed away March 5, 2025, at his home in Alva, at the age of 67 years, 9 months, and 13 days.
David was raised in Alva where he attended school. He was united in marriage to Laura Lea Wheeler and became father to Teri and Duane and later they had Dave Malcolm to complete their family. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1974 and was honorably discharged in 1975.
He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Fairview and the V & V Bike Club in Woodward. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and especially his motorcycles. Family was always very important to him.
His parents, Leon and Delores, preceded him in death.
David is survived by his children, Dave Malcolm of Woodward, Duane Tuxhorn of Florida, and Teri Wrenn and her husband, John, of Belle Plaine, Kansas; his sisters, Kay Miller of Anthony, Kansas, and Janice Lehr of Chickasha; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home in David's memory.
