Let me start by saying David was a great guy. I was his Supervisor at the Bridgeport Correctional Center, as well as a teammate on C.E.R.T. Dave was a guy that always strived to be the best, I will miss him, to him was to love him.

Recently just graduated from the Academy, if you didn´t have motivation Officer Martins instilled it in you. He didn´t let us fail and always kept us on our toes. May he rest in Peace. Officer Jusic Class 297

I´m class of 297 I just graduated from the Academy in January of this year as well. Martins was a great person great instructor even better role model. always had good energy even on the bad days, always wanted better for the cadets & made us realize how important we really are especially for the DOC. He pushed everyone to be better. It was a blessing knowing you. I´ll always appreciate you. May you rest in peace
