David Pazden Obituary
David spent two years in Dallas, TX and six years in Tokyo, Japan. He moved back to the United States settling in Jersey City and Union City before moving to Clifton.
He attended Clifton High School (1993) and Harvard University (1997) – Bachelor of Arts cum laude, he received the Harvard Academic All-Ivy Honors (Football). In January 2025 David completed his Master's of Science in Real Estate from New York University. David's career was in real estate development and asset management.
David was a talented and committed athlete during his younger years playing in a variety of sports which continued throughout high school and college. David was an avid skier. David traveled extensively worldwide (US, Europe, Italy, Asia, etc).
David is survived by his mother Diane of Clifton, his daughter Sophia Isabelle of Union City, by his sister Michele Pazden of Jersey City and his brother Joseph Hanf of Kenvil, by his uncles Edward of Jacksonville, FL, James Viragh of Ocala, FL and aunts Eileen Pazden of Clifton, Marianne Foose of FL, and Maire Ribuffo of Coquille, OR. He is pre-deceased by his father Michael, his uncles Stanley Jr. and Robert Pazden. He has many nieces and nephews and many "great" nieces and nephews.
Cremation services were provided under the direction of the Allwood Funeral Home.
A Memorial Visitation will be held 2-4 PM Saturday, June 7th, at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton, NJ 07012. All are welcome to speak and share a brief memory, personal anecdote, funny story, small moment, special qualities that made him unique, as well as any significant event to celebrate his life.

Life is not measured by its length, but by its depth.
