David J. Waleryszak

David James Waleryszak, 69, of Enfield, CT, the beloved husband of Donna Lee (Bokis) Waleryszak, passed away unexpectedly, on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. He was born on December 15, 1954 in Springfield, MA to Edwin Waleryszak and Bertha (Gracewski) Waleryszak. David resided in Enfield his entire life. He graduated from Fermi High School, Class of 1972. He worked as a train dispatcher and went on to trade school to become a licensed plumber. He owned and operated D & D Plumbing Services, LLC for many years. He enjoyed his time in Vermont where he and Donna would snowmobile, snow shoe and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. He also treasured their boat, fishing and adventures in Montauk and Greenport. He was a handyman who could take anything apart and repair it. He was a good friend to many.
Besides his wife, Donna whom he married on June 10, 1978 he is survived by his brother, Edwin (Marie) Waleryszak, his sister, Lisa (Ted) Urban, his sister-in-law, Darlene (Robert) Zagura. He also leaves several nieces and nephews, Lauren (Jeff) King, Andrea (Brad) Waleryszak-Cernohorsky, Matthew (Ashleigh) Zagura, Andrew
(Marta) Gotschall, and Christopher (Taylor) Gotschall. He also leaves a great-niece, Anna Leigh Zagura and two great-nephews, James Gotschall and John Gotschall.
Relatives and friends may join the family for visitation on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield, CT.
