Dawn Maureen (Reynolds) Hill, born in Alma Michigan on November 28, 1959, passed away on January 10th, 2024 after a decades-long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family, whom she cherished most in life. Dawn is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 38 years, Kenneth Hill, son Jacob Hill and wife Monica; daughter Megan Miller and husband Douglas; her beloved grandchildren Mia, Georgia, Lucy, Olive and Jeremiah; mother Anita Myers, step-father Donald Myers, sister Donita Brady and many other family members. Dawn graduated Eaton Rapids High School in 1977 and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Teaching from CMU. Dawn had a passion for her interests in life. She was a gardener, loved her music, an avid photographer and a lifelong learner. Her greatest achievement in life was the love for her children and grandchildren. One of her favorite pastimes was traveling around the country in an RV with her husband and beloved dog, Max. Even through trials, Dawn always had a smile on her face. She loved her family fiercely. A service will be held privately with immediate family, and a celebration of life will be held later this spring in Punta Gorda, Florida. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Peace River Wildlife Center and above all, love and cherish the people in your life.

Dawn was from an era of the lay back, relaxed hippie generation. Was a pleasure to be around, and so much fun! She had a positive, uplifting demeanor that affected everyone around her. Will not say i will miss her...because she never left. She is in another dimension that separates us temporarily, until the near future.
We got to go to the Port Charlotte Beach before i left to travel. Just got back and learned of her spirit being freed in January of 2024. Enjoy your journey, and continue to be in awe as you continue to learn. Deep love and affection...stella

I did not know Dawn personally, but I did have the privilege to know her husband Ken. He and I chatted about his wife, her illness and their life and travels together. I heard nothing but love and caring for her in his voice. My deepest condolences go out to Ken, family and friends who all knew and loved Dawn.
