She was born April 29, 1960 in Corbin, Ky., to the late Carl Elliott and Betty Ruth Harmon Elliott. She was a paramedic and of the Baptist Faith.
Deborah is survived by; two children, Amy Potter of Corbin, Ky., and Ethan Goodin of Lexington, Ky., sister; Carolyn Reeves of Woodbine, Ky., seven grandchildren; Lucas Ellison, Alexander Ellison, Dylan Mahan, Emma Gonzales, Hannah Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton, and Blair Goodin, five great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends to mourn her passing.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by; Late Husband Larry Goodin daughter, Shana Hamilton, two brothers; Gary Elliott and Larry Elliott, and a sister; Donna Hart.
Memorial services will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025 at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
