Debbie graduated from Oak Glen High School in 1969 and attended Ohio Valley Business College. She started her working career at AirCo Welding and continued her career at Hancock County Savings Bank of Chester, where she retired after almost 36 years of service.
Debbie is survived by her son, Ryan Collins (and partner Brad Folan) of Pawtucket, RI, and her granddaughter, Sophi Collins, also of Pawtucket, RI. In addition, her sister, Kathy (and husband Stephen) Beadnell, and nephew Michael Hissam (great nephew Roscoe and great niece Reese).
Per Debbie's wishes, no service will be held.
Arrangements have been in-trusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel.
