Deborah Waliser Mann, age 75, of Waynesville, Missouri, passed away on January 19, 2026. She was born on July 31, 1950, to Jacob Paul Waliser and Betty-Jean Hedges.

Deborah Mann was born in Missouri and carried the steady warmth and resilience of her Midwestern roots throughout her life. She devoted 34 years to teaching, shaping generations of students with patience, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of education. Her classroom was a place where children felt encouraged, understood, and inspired to grow. Outside of her work, Deborah found joy in the simple, meaningful rhythms of home and family. She loved cooking meals that brought everyone together, landscaping in her yard, and celebrating holidays surrounded by those she loved most. Time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was her greatest happiness, and she cherished every moment spent watching them grow, laugh, and discover the world. Her legacy lives on in the students she guided, the family she adored, and the countless lives she touched with her kindness, strength, and unwavering love.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her parents; her brother, Marc Waliser; and her late husband, Victor Martin Mann Jr.

She is survived by her children, Victoria and Victor Mann III (Casey Mann); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Nicholas, Logan, Gabriella, Lindsey, Victor IV, Ryan, and Charlotte; and her great-grandchildren, Willow and Arabella.

A Visitation will be held on January 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home in Niceville, Florida.
