Debra A. "Debbie" Menard, 61, of Escanaba, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Christian Park Health Care Center following an illness.
She was born on April 10, 1964 in Escanaba, daughter to Harry A. and Patricia L. (Donovan) Menard. Debbie graduated from Escanaba High School in 1982.
Over the years, Debbie worked as a bartender for several bars/restaurants including Idle Hour, Granada, and Ford River Pub. She was previously employed as an office manager for Upper Lakes Coal.
She loved playing pool and socializing with friends with a mug of beer in hand and a cigarette in the other.
Among survivors include her siblings, Dave (Amy) Menard, Dennis (Lisa) Menard, Dale (Crystal) Menard, and Doug Menard; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; brother, Daniel; and many aunts and uncles.
A celebration of Debbie's life will take place on Thursday, September 25th from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. at Mugshots, 823 1st Ave. N., Escanaba.
A special thank you to Christian Park Health Care Center and Debbie's family who provided her continuous love and care during this time.
She will be buried next to her parents in Holy Cross Cemetery.
