Debrah was a very loving and caring mother. She dedicated her life to trying to help others. Debrah was one of the Founders of the Lipan Food Bank.
She is survived by her husband, David Wayne Noonkester; her children, Kevin Wade Noonkester, Autumn Kelly Noonkester and David Paul Noonkester and many other extended family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10am. Friday, July 19, 2024, at Bishop Cemetery in Lipan under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
