Delilah Lavon Brohl

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Delilah L. Brohl, age 72, of Chesterfield. Delilah passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 3, 1953, in Harlan County, Kentucky, she was the cherished daughter of Samuel and Thelma Green.

Delilah shared an incredible 50 years of marriage with Thomas Brohl, whom she wed on November 19, 1975. Together, they created a beautiful family and life filled with joy and love. Delilah's compassionate spirit led her to a fulfilling career as an ER nurse at Royal Oak Beaumont, where she dedicated many years of her life to caring for others.

Beyond her professional life, Delilah was an avid sports fan. She especially loved cheering on her beloved Detroit Tigers and had a deep passion for the music of Elvis Presley. However, above all, she cherished her family and adored her grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life.

Delilah will be profoundly missed by her devoted husband, Thomas Brohl, and her beloved children: Audrey (Christopher) Hernden, Angela Brohl, Andrea (Michael) Turski, Thomas (Stephanie) Brohl, and Scott (Ashley) Brohl. She was a loving and proud grandmother to Jacob, Stevan, Nathan, Ella, Carter, Dylan, Grace, Kenzie, Emma, Vivian, and Reagan. Delilah is also survived by her dear brother, Alex Green, and her beloved dog, Jaxson.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., at Wasik Funeral Home - Genderalik Chapel, located at 35259 23 Mile Road, New Baltimore. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 11:00 a.m., also at the funeral home.

Delilah's warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones will forever be remembered and cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
