Memorial service For Devy Lee Jackson, age 64, of Chattanooga, Oklahoma, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Chattanooga Civic Center, 305 3rd Street, Chattanooga, OK 73528.
Devy, born December 10, 1960, in Keene, New Hampshire, to George and Delores Stone, passed away at 8:07 pm on April 18, 2025. Devy was predeceased by her parents, two of her sisters and a daughter, Kathy Coffee of Chattanooga, OK, and Dee Dee Cherry of Faxon, OK, Brenda Calhoun of Chattanooga. She will be deeply missed by her brother George (Butchie) Stone and his wife Weiwei of Salisbury, Maryland, brother Jack Stone of Alstead, New Hampshire, and her sister Patty Williams and husband Steve of Kingman, Arizona. Also left behind her husband Donald Calhoun of the home, Daughter Gayla Calhoun of Garland, TX, Son Brian Stone of Coalgate, OK, Daughter Devina Jackson of Lawton, OK, Daughter Marsha Pettijohn of Elgin, OK. Her second dad Butch Sanders of Chattanooga, OK. We can't forget about the one and only Oscar who is now responsible for keeping Donald in line. Devy has 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren with another great grandchild on the way. She had 12 nieces and nephews along with many other family members and friends who will miss her. Devy enjoyed fishing and chit chatting with her siblings on the phone. She also enjoyed listening to music and watching her soaps on tv. One of her favorite rock bands was the Rolling Stones. For those that never had the opportunity to go fishing with her you missed out on the amount of cardio exercise that was put into catching a fish. When she was able to catch one, she would run backwards while reeling the pole so that the fish would get on the bank faster. For those that knew her well know that the only way to end this is with..
