Dewey C. Pippin was born October 26, 1948, in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025, at his residence at the age of 76.
Dewey was the son of Tom C. Pippin and Dimple V. Allen Pippin. He attended Shiloh Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Linda Pippin Wade and Judy Nell Pippin; brothers: Roy Pippin, Johnny Pippin and Henry Pippin.
Mr. Pippin is survived by his wife Nancy Pippin of Cookeville, TN; daughter: Jennifer (Jeff) Pippin of Cookeville, TN; song: Jason Pippin of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren: Connor Matthews, Calen Matthews, Chase Matthews. Other relatives and friends also survive.
Visitation will be on Wednesday June 18, 2025, 4 pm to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday, June 19, 2025, until the time of his Funeral services at 2 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in John Young Cemetery.
