Diane was born in Providence, Rhode Island on March 17, 1957 to Albert E. Catlow and Esther Harris Catlow. Diane graduated from Delaware Valley High School in Milford, PA in 1975. Her husband, Raymond predeceased her on June 6, 2023. They were married on July 26, 1975. God blessed them with two children, Raymond Jr. and Jennifer May. As a family they attended the Drew UMC where Diane heard God's call on her life to be involved in becoming a Lay Speaker and a certified Lay Minister and in 2017 after attending Wesley Seminary for the Course of Study and becoming a local license Pastor and began serving at the Matamoras UMC for 7 years. Diane was also involved in her community through the Broome St. Band, teaching and leading the twirlers for 18 years. Diane also worked at the Port Jervis Free Library from 2018 – 2025. Diane and Ray were also blessed with three grandchildren, Dea-Ann May, Brooke-Lyn Nicole and Mary Elizabeth, Four great-grandchildren, Malakai Emmanuel, Mya May, Mason Jay and Winter Rae. In addition to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Diane had so much support from her family in these last few years. A special thank you to Tonya Fowler (niece) for being by her side almost everyday loving her and doing everything to help her. Also, nephews, Steven and Dan Mioglionico for the many tasks they helped with and the love that they have given. Diane is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and their children.
There will be no visitation.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 1:00pm at Drew Methodist Church, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
Cremation was held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
