Dianne Ruth Eggert, 81, of Rensselaer, IN, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025 at the Rensselaer Care Center. She was born in Hinsdale, IL on November 3, 1943, the daughter of Erhard R. Bohlman and Helen G. (Meyer) Bohlman. She was a 1961 graduate of Hinsdale Township High School.
On February 3, 1965, in Hinsdale, IL, she married Howard Eggert. Dianne worked as an accountant for Kellen Company in Roswell, GA for 31 years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Rensselaer, IN.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Howard Eggert of Rensselaer, IN; her son, Scott Eggert of Rensselaer, IN; her sister, Kathy (Jim) Binneboese of St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren, Zachery and Lauren, four great grandchildren; and beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her son, Steven Eggert and her parents, Erhard and Helen Bohlman.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral at 11:00 am at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave., Darien, IL 60561. Pastor David Mueller officiating. Burial will follow at Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, 2723 County Rd. 700 W., Rensselaer IN, 47978
