It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Dior Moniece Scott, who departed this life on Friday, June 13th, 2025. Born on a beautiful Wednesday, December 19th, 2018, in Decatur, Georgia, Dior brought an immeasurable amount of joy and love into the world during her brief but impactful time with us.
Dior called Decatur, Georgia, her home, a place where she filled her family and community with laughter and love. She had just begun her educational journey, having recently completed kindergarten, where she was known for her bright smile and infectious enthusiasm.
Though her time with us was all too short, Dior's spirit touched everyone she met. She radiated love, joy, and an innocence that reminded us all of the purity of childhood. Dior loved to explore, play, and share in the simple pleasures of life, embodying the essence of childhood wonder.
The family invites friends and loved ones to pay their respects during the visitation service, which will be held at Rainbow Park Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia, on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A celebration of Dior's life will continue with a funeral service at the same location on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Though Dior's physical presence is no longer with us, her light will continue to shine in our hearts forever. She is now a cherished angel who will watch over her loved ones from above.
