Memorial Services for Dixie L. Carson, 58, will be Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 2pm at her home, 130 Bartlett Ave, Roanoke, Alabama.
Dixie passed away at her home on April 29, 2024. A Wadley native, Dixie was born on April 29, 1966. The daughter of W. Jerrell and Sara Windsor Carson. She was a member of Abanda Methodist Church. Dixie was a 1984 Graduate of Wadley High School. She worked at Wellborn Cabinet in Ashland, Alabama.
Dixie was preceded in death by her father, Wilner Jerrell Carson.
Survivors include her mother, Sara W. Carson of Roanoke, two sisters - Cindy C. Lincoln (Steve) of Palm Bay, Florida, Dawn C. Galloup (Andrew) of Roanoke, three Brothers - Tim Carson (Lisa) of Wadley, Steven Carson of Alexander City, Anthony Carson (Heather) of Roanoke. Sixteen Nieces and Nephews.
Rev. Kenneth Johnson will be in charge of services.
Dixie will be placed in internment at Concord Primitive Baptist Church in Wadley, Alabama
