Domenico Pantalone, 92 years old of Norwalk, CT, passed away peacefully at home
On February 18, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. A devoted husband, father,
Grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.
Domenico was known for his kindness, compassion. He had a wonderful sense of humor, loved his vegetable garden and took pride in his family and helping others.
He was born on June 23, 1932 in Pennadomo, Italy. He served in the Italian Army on the Army Engineering Corp. He was an active member of The Sons of Italy and the Knights of Columbus. He took pride in his Italian heritage.
On December 27, 1952 Domenico married the love of his life Giacinta. In their 72 happy years of marriage they built a home with love and respect for each other. He was dedicated to his two children, Armando and Doriana.
In his later years nothing brought him more happiness than his growing family, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. His family brought him unconditional joy..
Domenico will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him for his friendliness, humor and love.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Giacinta DiRenzo Pantalone, his son Armando and wife Pamela Pantalone and his daughter Doriana and husband Anthony Antera. His cherished grandchildren, Patrick and his wife Marisol, Jessica, and Marc and his partner Nicole. Anthony and Daniela and her husband Peter Buono and great grand children, Alessandro, Gabriella, Yallisa, Joey, Vianna, Aria and Dominic.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on February 23, 2025 between 2:00 to 6:00 pm at Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street, Norwalk, CT. There will be a Mass Celebration on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Matthew's Church, 216 Scribner Avenue, Norwalk CT. Mausoleum Entombment on Monday,
February 24, 2025 at 11:15 am at St. John's Cemetery 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT.
