"It is more blessed to give than receive" Acts 20:35
Donald "Don" Eilers Boehmer, Jr., 72, of Lambertville, Michigan, passed away, Saturday, April 26, 2025. Don was born on December 18, 1952, and was the son of Donald E. and Patricia (Kelly) Boehmer, Sr. He was a graduate of Bedford High School, where he played football and wrestling. He went on to coach his son and grandsons football, wrestling, and baseball. Don volunteered for the Lion's Den in Bedford Township for many years. He was a man of immerse humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. Don loved teaching lessons of life to make you a better person. He always had a solution to everything. My dad definitely had the gift to gab. He never met a stranger. He was the best father and grandfather.
Don is survived by his loving children, Jami Boehmer and Donald E. Boehmer, III; grandchildren, Chaise Boehmer, Chaiden Linger, Brady Boehmer, Brody Boehmer and Andi Boehmer, and Mia Boehmer; siblings, Karen Gardner) Boehmer Smith, and David Boehmer. Services are private. Donations can be made to The Pawlak Funeral Home or Donald Boehmer, Jr Go Fund Me. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com

Today I heard about Dons passing from a mutual HS friend. I grew up with Don in Green Hills Subdivision. We went to St Anthony´s grade school together then on to Bedford HS.
Even though we only saw each other randomly as life passed by we remained friends. I will keep my childhood memories with Don, and later sitting with him at our grandkids wrestling matches.
He will be missed
Rest is n peace friend
