It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Donald Earl Csaszar, who passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025 at the age of 76.
He was born on January 6, 1949 in Bridgeton, New Jersey and was the beloved son of the late Joseph and Louise (Harris) Csaszar.
Donald was a lifelong resident of Upper Deerfield. After he graduated from Bridgeton High School (class of 67), Donald joined the U.S. Marines and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. Once he returned, he had a distinguished 30 year plus career as an employee of the U.S. Postal Service.
He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cuz and friend known for his love of classic cars, racing, fishing, crafting, and flower gardening. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Donald is survived by his son Douglas and wife Lisa, grandson Jacob; his sister Lenora and husband Bruce Hansbury. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Louise and his brother Larry.
Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday, May 19th at 1 PM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11:30 AM to 1 PM prior to the services. A private burial will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend great thanks to the many caregivers who cared for Donald over these last two years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Gary Sinise Foundation www.garysinisefoundation.org in Donald Csaszar's memory.
