Donavon Devuyst Obituary
Donavon was born on November 25, 1969 in Detroit, Michigan to Ronald Joseph and Carol Ann (Rousseau) Devuyst. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing whenever the opportunity presented. Donavon also enjoyed cooking and spending time with his friends and family. He was a proud member of The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324. Donavon will undoubtedly be remembered for his loyalty to his friends and family, his unwavering honesty, and his constant concern for the feelings and well-being of everyone he interacted with. He will be deeply missed.
Donavon is survived by his parents, Ronald and Carol; siblings, Kristen (Charles) Roth and Mark (Allison) Devuyst; nephew, Andrew Roth; nieces, Rebecca Roth, Catherine Devuyst and Lauren Devuyst, and many extended family and friends.
A memorial visitation for Donavon will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hauss-Modetz Funeral Home, 47477 Romeo Plank, Macomb. The memorial service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
