Donna Sue Clark age 73 of Cedar Springs, passed away Palm Sunday, March 29, 2026. She was born December 8, 1952 in Chickasha, OK the daughter of Warren and Joyce (Shepperd) Hacker. She grew up in Oklahoma and met her husband Dan at Jordan College, presently known as Creative Technologies Academy in Cedar Springs. She lived in Israel with her family for 12 years, teaching English as a second language during that time. Donna was a unifying force in our town, bringing together people from all walks of life. Her unconditional love and dedication to others became the foundation upon which the new library stands. A place that may have never come to be without her belief in what our community could build together. She knew how to make people laugh and bring them together, unable to help bringing light into any situation she found herself walking into. She never met a stranger, and had one of the most selfless and giving spirits of anyone you could ever meet. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Glenda Smith, and brother Paul Hacker. Surviving are her husband, Daniel whom she married August 26, 1972; children, Daneille (Anthony) Borntrager, Shianne Clark, Joshua Clark, Tamar Clark; grandchildren, Oaklee, Clark, Jacob, and Abigail. The family will greet friends Friday, April 3, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the K.E. Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs where the service will be held Saturday, April 4 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Cedar Springs. Luncheon to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Springs Public Library and can be left at the funeral home.
