Donna Hackworth affectionately known as Gammie & Gramma by her granddaughters passed away January 4,2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky surrounded by her loving family. Born April 18, 1950 to Edward and Wilma Kozuszek of Washington Park IL. Donna was married 53 years to the love of her life Roy until his death in 2021. She is proceeded in death by her parents, brother Ronald Kozuszek and Husband Roy.
Survived by her children Amy(Mark)Smith of Alvaton KY. Eddie(Amy)Hackworth of Wingfield KY. Three beautiful granddaughters whom she was extremely proud of Natalie & Lauren Smith and Amelia Hackworth.
Donna attended Broadway United Methodist Church Greenwood Campus. She was a devoted mom and friend. She was fun, sassy and had the biggest heart and was loved by all who knew her. She loved crafts of all kinds and would share everything she made with friends and family. She loved spending time with loved ones, traveling, baking and making homemade candy. Most Thursday nights you could find her cheering on the High School Lady Gator Volleyball team. Donna loved college and NFL football was the best armchair referee and she loved playing the slot machines. She was the best Mama, Gramma and friend she will be deeply missed.
Visitation and Memorial Service will be held at Broadway United Methodist Church Greenwood Campus on Wednesday January 22, 2025. Visitation 9-12am, Memorial Service to follow. 5609 Scottsville Rd Bowling Green Ky 42104
