Donna Jean aged 81, of Winslow, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2026, at Brickyard Nursing Home.
Donna Jean (Nash) Richardson is survived by her children, Eddie (Roxann) Richardson, Cheryl Richardson, and James Christopher Richardson; grandchildren Casondra (Bill) Price, Dawnetta (Richie) Richardson, Rachel Harper, Kamie (Tiffany) Richardson, Audrian Richardson, Jeff Baize, Christopher Baize, and Mary Beth (Andrew) Bolin; her four Sister-in-Laws and a Brother-in-Law, Vickie (Richardo) Olivares, Charlene Snow, Darlene (Snow) Bearden, Debbie Snow, and Greg (Kim) Snow. She also leaves behind 19 great-grandchildren and one cherished great-great-grandson.
Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Charles "Jr" Richardson; her mother, Dixie (Robling) Knight; her father, Lester Nash; her sister, Mary (Nash) Gray; her brother, Jimmy Nash; her brother-in-law, Gary Snow; and her grandmother, Goldia Robling.
A beloved cosmetologist, Donna's Shape & Style was a gathering place filled with friends, family, a lot of laughter, and where the tea was hotter than the water. Donna found joy in genealogy, puzzles and crosswords, gardening, fishing - BUT only on dry land, cooking for those she loved, watching game shows, Westerns and The Christmas Story, and most of all, using her sharp wit to make her children and grandchildren laugh.
A respected and deeply loved member of the Winslow community, Donna spent most of her life there, building lasting relationships and a life rooted in care for others. Above all else, she was a devoted wife, a loving parent, and a proud grandmother. Her family was her absolute greatest joy, and the garden in which she poured her heart. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and deep, guiding wisdom.
Her viewing will be held at Harris Funeral Home from 4 to 8 PM EST on Tuesday, February 3rd, and service at 11 AM EST on Wednesday, February 4th followed by burial at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
Though she has left our sight, Donna remains forever in our hearts and memories.
