Donna was born on January 7, 1966, in Cleveland, to the late Donald and Carol Zabawski. Donna went on to marry her loving husband David Smith on August 29, 2003.
General Hospital was a favorite pastime for Donna, as well as listening to country music and watching home remodeling and cooking shows. Donna loved her dog Baxter dearly, but her proudest achievement was being a mother to her beloved daughter Emma.
Donna is survived by her loving husband David Smith; daughter Emma Smith; sons Zach Smith and Nick Smith; sister Kim Stehle; step-siblings Tom, Ron and Sue; step grand-daughter, Gwen (daughter of Zach smith); nephew Brandon Fordosi; and great-niece Scarlett Fordosi.
Donna is preceded in death by her mother, Carol and step-father, Don Zabawski.
A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel. Funeral Services will be held at 12 pm on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel.
