Beloved father of Darrin Gaubert and Derrick Gaubert (Brittany). Grandfather of Lexi, Caroline, Maci, Ava, and Kate Gaubert. Son of the late Aline Lorio Gaubert and Irby Gaubert, Sr. Step-son of the late AnnaBelle Gaubert. Brother of the late Irby Gaubert, Jr., Randall Gaubert, and Karen Gaubert. Sister-in-law Dawn Gaubert, step-sisters Cheryl Delaune (Manual), Carol Oubre and Patricia Schexnaydre (Danny). Uncle to Eddie and Ricky Gaubert.
Donnie was a 1975 graduate of Leon Godchaux High School. He was an avid LSU fan and worked in the oil and gas industry as a heavy equipment operator for over 30yrs.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Graveside service at St. John Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2205 W. Airline Hwy., LaPlace on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
