Keith Gaubert entered into eternal rest on February 27, 2025. He was 54 years old. He was born in Marrero and had been a resident of Saint Rose for the past 10 years. He enjoyed a long career as a heavy equipment operator at Troy Construction.
Keith was a proud and dedicated member of the Banded Brothers MC Club, where he shared his passion for motorcycles, long rides, and supporting many great causes. It was also where he formed a very strong brotherhood that he held close to his heart.
Keith had a real zest for life. He loved social gatherings and being surrounded by the people that meant the most to him. He especially enjoyed cookouts, boiling crawfish and Sunday fundays.
Keith's sense of adventure, love for exploring new places, and spontaneous personality led him on many vacations and cruises where he and his wife, Amy, made countless memories.
Keith was the loving and devoted husband of Amy Gaubert for 8 years. He was the proud father of Cortney Callahan (Amy), Jake Gaubert, Jordan Callahan (Amy), and Tina Gaubert. The loving son of the late Margie Gaubert; and the caring brother of Andrea (John) Paul, and the late Steve Gaubert. He was also a loving uncle to Megan (Austin) Sheldon, Kyle Paul, Tyler Gaubert, Andrew Gaubert, Genevive Gaubert, as well as numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
As Keith revved up his engine for what would be his final ride, the road ahead stretched like a bittersweet farewell. The wind that once felt like a companion now carries the weight of memories, and the hum of his bike whispers stories of countless adventures.
The sunset ahead is more than just the end of the day. Though his ride has come to an end, his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who rode beside him and loved him.
