Donovan M. Woomer

Donovan M. Woomer, age 25, born in Montreal, Canada on February 3, 2000 and passed away on March 14, 2025 in Moscow Mills, Missouri. Donovan was known as a fun-loving son, husband, and father, known for his infectious smile, cherished for his vibrant spirit and kind heart.
Donovan proudly served as a Sergeant in the Army National Guard since 2018, demonstrating commitment and bravery. Professionally, he was dedicated to his role as an AT&T technician, a position that allowed him to harness his problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
He pursued higher education at Lindenwood University, receiving his bachelor's degree in IT, which furthered his passion for learning and professional development. Donovan was also an avid online gamer, a hobby that brought him joy and camaraderie.
He is survived by his father, Kevin; mother, Kimberly; spouse, Melody; son, Atticus; sister, Stefanie; brother, Aaron; grandmother, Dorothy Jones; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Donovan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Byron, Lynette, and Wayne Parham.
A visitation will be held from 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, Troy location.
A Memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1304 Boone St., Troy, MO 63379 (1636) 528-8244. Rev. Tim Swofford to officiate.
