My mother was very unique, she was caring to all her friends, loving to her three children and their families, everyone that met my mom, loved her. she was a very strong woman, she could be sweet, protective of her loved one's, but at times when you crossed her , went against one of her grand children or children she could go after you like a protective mother mountain lion, this I have seen several times as I was growing up as a child. she would tease and play with us as children, but so many times she came home tired and worn-out from working, trying to take care of two almost teen age children but she always came home with a kind smile on her face, and sweet things to say to us. I learned a lot in my years at home with her like love for family, responsibility, work hard for those who hire you, always do your best at any task given to you, don't complain about what you don't have but be grateful for what God has provided you.
My mother could not be compared to any other mother because she was my mother along with my sisters Janet and Hazel and I'm sure they would agree she was a one of a kind that could never be replaced by anyone, The best Mother ever. Larry Burrier, proud son of Doris Marie Glenn.
