Doshia Hicks Obituary
Mrs. Doshia Patterson Hicks, 82, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Mrs. Hicks was a lifelong resident of Aiken, and daughter of the late Rexia and Mabel Fells Patterson. She was a homemaker, and member of Hayden Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, David and Jeffrey Hicks, both of Aiken; two sisters, Emma P. Smith, Jamaica, NY, Clara A. Pollard, Long Island City, NY; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Hicks, and her son, Arthur Hicks.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 16, 2024, in the Shellhouse Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in the Hayden Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend.
