Mr. Gladin was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on April 5, 1948, to the late Marvin Gibson Gladin and Martha West Gladin. He worked as an Electronics Technician with the U.S. Postal Service. He was also a farmer and a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife Claudette Gladin of Milledgeville, sons Marty Gladin (Amanda) of Pooler and Lee Emerson (Tracy) of Gordon, Matt Emerson of Leesburg, a sister Barbara Giddens of Eatonton, nine grandchildren Beau Gladin, Wyatt Gladin, Levi Gladin, Cyrus Gladin and Charlotte Gladin, Lee Emerson III, Justin Emerson, Ryan Emerson, Bennett Emerson, and Taylor Emerson, four great grandchildren Micaiah, Elliott, Stellan, Kinsley
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
Moore Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
